Hi i would like to know if someone could share a 1.6.4 forge from the version folder (already installed) please i would need it for modding because i can't download the launcher of forge (my computer dont allow it)
Sharing of an already modded minecraft jar or an unmodded jar is not allow under Mojang T&C's.
The important question should be as to why your computer can't/won't download and run the forge installer.
What error do you get?

ModeratorIf your os isn't allowing downloads then you need to disable Gatekeeper, this is blocking uncertified programs. (no idea how to do it, i don''t use macs)
