Freezing and Lagging

My Minecraft keeps freezing or lagging extremly bad. I have included a picture of the mods I have installed and my computer specs will also be listed. For some reason it seems to work with a x86 Java better than x64 Java.

OS: Win7 HP x64
Memory: 16GB
CPU: i5 Haswell 4670K 3.4GHz
GPU: GTX 660

The problem seem to be fixed after I took out Gregtech. I read about some conflicts with Tinker's
