So, I've been having a weird slew of graphical bugs in minecraft lately, and I was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue, or if it's my computer. I know it's not my graphics card, cause every other game plays flawlessly with no hiccups or issues.
These graphical issues align with my cursor movement, and by that I mean I could be looking one direction and the world looks fine, like so:
But if I move my cursor half an inch, the world looks like this:
Additionally, I'm having the entire texture.png file pops up in weird ways, creating abstract polygons that fly through space, that can be walked through since they technically don't exist (in a physical sense), you can see this in a graphical hole below :
I have Forge installed, as well as modloader and Pixelmon, all on 1.6.4, however this issue has been happening with vanilla 1.7.2 as well.
1. turn mipmap to off in video settings
2. update video card drivers
3. udate java
Mipmap isn't an option in my video settings, and both Java and video card are up to date. However, upon exploring video settings, I turned on Advanced OpenGL, and the issues stopped.
