One thing I would like to note is this:
AABB Pool Size: 3110 (174160 bytes; 0 MB) allocated, 3044 (170464 bytes; 0 MB) used.
It looks like you're almost maxing out the amount of RAM you're currently using so I recommend having more if you can allocate it.
Another thing is it seems like it's having errors replacing air with another block as in the title, but try out allocating more RAM for it and see what happens!
