Recently i have been trying to put together a mod pack for myself and it seems like all the mods I want require "minecraft forge." I have the installer downloaded and i can open it but when i click on "Install Client" then OK this appears. "ERROR DOWNLOADING, Theses libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.10.2." Please help

Try the manual way, see if that works.
Get a tutorial for that.
