FTB NEI Problamo

So I wanted to play FTB and kinda do what the famous minecrafters do, but just not record. So I get ftb to play and my nei is not working, ive tried pressing "O", and even redownloaded but my nei just wont show up! Please help!

Are there any errors or messages of any kind in the FTB Launcher's console window whenever you try opening or making NEI show by pressing 'O'?

I believe i have found something, i have lokked under the forge mods list, and for nei it says "no plugins installed" so anyone know how to fix that?
