Hello, I am using Minecraft 1.6.4 and I am currently running these mods alongside Forge 9.11.1.916:
RotaryCraft
TooManyItems
Lumberjack
Geostrata
DragonAPI
Optifine
Forestry
Railcraft
BetterBreeds
Gravestones
Glowstone Wire
Advanced Genetics
Bibliocraft
iChunUtil
MobAmputation
Modular Furnace
SecurityCraft
MrCrayfish Furniture Mod
I normally get 80-100 fps, but with these mods installed, I only have 30-40 fps. Which mod could be causing this lag?
OS: (Regrettably, unable to afford a better OS) Windows Vista Basic x86
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS 256MB RAM
Processor: Intel Pentium D 2.80 GHz
RAM: 6GB, 3GB total physical memory recognized(for some odd reason), Usually 1-1.45GB available physical memory
I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

Well, I'll try doing that soon, but for now, I've taken away some unneeded processes and used the latest version of Razer Gamebooster, which has done well for me in the past. I've actually gotten FPS increases before from using it.
Edit: Weird, I've taken out several of the mods above(I only have 18 mods running now) and I keep getting out of memory errors. Not to mention it keeps freezing and crashing(as in windows type of crash) every time I run it. Wat?

My OS is 32-bit. I have a total of 6GB of RAM and my total Physical memory is(surprisingly enough) 3GB, available is roughly 1.5GB and video card is Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS with latest driver(331.65).

Yeah, but my family isn't exactly rich, so we cannot really afford a better system. Maybe, once I'm done with the current college semester, I could talk with my father about upgrading the computer, but he's really protective of it. Treats the damn thing like it's his baby.
Edit: After a little persuasion and the right amount of money(coming from my checking account, which is leftovers from my pell grant), I'm getting an nVidia GeForce GT 330 and Intel Pentium 4 550 3.4Ghz processor. Also, how much of an impact will Millenaire 5.1.11 have on Minecraft atm?
Btw, found a neat command line kernel patcher that allows the computer to utilize the maximum amount of ram installed regardless of it being 32-bit. It also makes a backup of the original kernel to allow you to switch back if there's problems.
