So Im trying to Install Minecraft Forge, but I've tried EVERYTHING but It dose not work!
I am running Mac OSX Mavericks, Im trying to install Forge on 1.6.4 using Universal (NOT THE INSTALLER) I can't use the installer because it dose not work for me.

Can somebody please help?

ummm, surely there are programs that allow you to run exes..... there are programs that emulate Ios and linux on windows sooo...
