I just installed some mods(way less than I usually do) on my Minecraft, but now it refuses to run altogether. The launcher opens normally, but if I click 'play', the launcher closes and Minecraft crashes. I don't know what's causing it, I fully installed Forge and the mods' core files correctly, yet it closes.
Before I installed the mods, everything was working as expected.
it's kind of a tough problem with no error log, but there's no way around that if the launcher just keeps crashing. Try reinstalling every mod you have and test the launcher after each time you instal a new mod, then you can figure out which one is causing the crash.

I looked at the error log, it seems to be a problem with OptiFine. Removing it, Minecraft launched normally(albeit a bit slower than the first time).

How did you install optifine? Make sure you get the correct version of Forge that Optifine is used with, and just run the "Optifine.jar" with Java. To get the exact version of Forge that Optifine says to get, go through here
