World crashing when i come back to overworld froim Nether - Java Edition Support - Support - Minecraft Forum

First of all, i made this post on unmodified minecraft version: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1746022-world-crashing-when-i-come-back-to-overworld/

So, when i enter in a teleport from nether to overworld, doesn't matter what portal is, it crashes the game, when i come back to game, i'm in overworld normally...
I just posted here because all my life i used optifine and rei's minimap, here is the crash log:

Some news, i just renamed dim-1 folder to recreate the chunks of nether, and it perfectly works, its a problem in nether, maybe i can live with a new nether, i'll lost a blaze spawner farm and some strutures, nothing wrong with that, if anyone have the solution, it'll be good to know
