I have been trying to add the weather/tornado for Forge, mc 1.6.4 mod to the server but i cant for some god smitten reason start the thing up.... i keep getting this:

i been trying to get milionaire or whatever its called to work alongside buildcraft which i have installed... atm it crashes both clientside and server side with this error:
