i cant get forge to install on minecraft 1.6.4, i have downloaded every version of forge since 1.5.2 and none of them work i cant find any thing that shows me how to install it manually and when i use the automatic installer it says the "these libraries failed to download. Try again.

i have no idea what isnt working its a clean install of minecraft but it just wont work
