I have tried like everything, and have been trying to learn to put a simple mob/item in minecraft for the past week i havent shaved eaten gone outside help plz i must learn2mod

Mod Minecraft Forge is missing a pack.mcmeta file
could this be it? wow its a lot easier reading the report when its not in eclipse...

Everything i am trying:

I tried editing the pack.mcmeta.text file in my default resources folder on my desktop to this but still says im missing the files. in the report.

I tried changing @Eventhandler and replacing the eventhandlers with init stuff that didnt work either.

I'm looking in the code and i dont see any red errors or anything, if i should paste it let me know.

What is important is that something fails at adding a name to a certain item/block object,

that right there.. whatever youre using that adds that weapon has a problem and forge / minecraft doesnt like it. need to find a different one or uninstall it completely then try again. if your insist on using make sure you have the proper version for the forge build you are using most things arent ready for 1.6.4 idk what your trying to load but its not working for you forge build 883 1.6.4

also editing files and changing the resource paks and things inside of your minecraft is not a good thing to do if youre inexperienced in what it is youre trying to accomplish id suggest starting over with a fresh minecraft install to make sure you dont get further errors. also ive noticed your JVM arguments. youve got them saying.

-Xincgc -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M

instead id say you should just put this into your JVM arguments.

-Xmx1024m -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true
