Hey guys Im BluCG

I want to play minecraft 1.6.4 but it keeps failing to download saying "Couldnt download"

I played minecraft 1.6.2 but it also kept failing to download.It took me like 5+ tries to download it.
But now retrying doesnt fix it........... so any help? also a picture to what it looks like:
