So I went and got the download for the newest version of Minecraft Forge and then tried to get it working using the recommended directions. Everything went fine except then the Mod system installer came up and it stuck during the the upload and wouldn't finish downloading at all. I've looked all over and seen many similar issues to this but mine doesn't have an error message it's just stuck downloading. The one time it DID finish I had an issue with the library but I fixed that and now it's back to not finishing the install. I'm getting half of the Forge program - the .Jar file - but the .JSON file isn't being installed and I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
