I am having a bit of trouble trying to edit the end credits of Minecraft. I go into the Bin folder, then the Minecraft.jar, and then the win.txt file and edit it to my pleasing (making sure to save it and that I click "yes" on the update archives screen). Then, I open Minecraft and beat the Ender Dragon, but the normal end credits reel just plays, not the edited version. What could I be doing wrong? I also deleted the META-INF, if that helps anyone. If someone could help me resolve this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I also cannot edit anything else, so I'm not sure if it's my Minecraft that's being buggy, or what. Thank you for your time!
If you're using the new launcher, the bin folder is no longer used. Versions are found in their own folder under the 'versions' folder.
Furthermore, you can't edit the default JARs inside their own folders as they'll be overwritten since they are modified.

--EDIT----
I was going to ask how to edit the end thing, but never mind, I figured it out. Thank you! ^/_\^
