Hello, I've recently been experiencing increasing amounts of framerate skipping while playing Minecraft. I have tried running Minecraft using a batch file and allocating more ram to the game, but any amount of ram over 1gb that I allocate to minecraft I will get the error, "Could not create the Virtual Machine", followed by "A fatal exception has occured. Program will not exit."

I run windows 8 64 bit OS with 8 GB of installed RAM.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

What other info do you need?
I see no way that I messed up on the allocation

Wait, I seem to have fixed it. I allocated more ram to the main java program in my system properties.
