hello ll recently i have DLed tekkit but when i go on it and loggin it says "failed to connect to minecraft.net, would you like to play offline mode?" i have tried turning off firewall and deleting and redownloading the tekkit launcher, still dosent work. If i continue on to the game and try to join a server it says "connection lost, failed to login: bad request"
Okay so if its saying "Failed t conenct to minecraft.net" its nothing wit your tekkit launcher or firewall. Try changing your password if it can't connect to minecraft.net its either a internet e or your typing your username/pass wrong.

thanks even though you didnt give me the answer. I realised that i needed to put my mojang account info which uses your email instead of username
