Minecaft crashing every time I die [multiplayer]

Ok so every time I die in multiplayer games my entire game will crash and give me this error:

I had a mod I had no clue where I got so my friend suggested I remove it since it could be causing the crashes so I did but I still cashed. My friend also suggested I might have bukkit and it might be screwing me over but when I searched it I had no download records of it in my minecraft file or in the computer itself. So I have run out of choices and I am thinking I might have to copy all of my resource packs, mods (only have 2), and the maps I really care about and stuff them all in a seperate foulder. Delete my .minecraft, uninstall and reinstall. But I wanted to see if there is anyway to fix it before I did all that. Thanks for helping~
