World Appears to be Invisable

I currently use modded Minecraft clients, and recently, whenever I load a world, or join a server, I can't see the world (as in dirt, grass, stone etc)
It seems to be as if I am in X-ray, but, I'm not
any sort of help?

Without any kind of report or mod information we cant help you, please provide what you can. (At least the list of mods and your in-game settings)

It happens when I use any type of modified version, no matter which mods are included
