As the title says, I wanna create 2 or more versions of Minecraft Client, that can be modded but instead of holding the same mods both of them I want to be able to put some mods in one and other mods in the other version.

EX:

Having a Version called "1.6.2_pixelmon" that runs only the pixelmon server and just that mainly.
Another Version called "1.6.2_test_mods" where I can install and uninstall all mods I want to test em.

And so on.

So the real problem is, is that really possible? I am kinda noob on what comes of modding and even Minecraft as a whole, so i really have no info on this regards.

I already tried to google it and found not much, the same here.

If it isn't possible the way I want it, is there another way I can play with different mods on different worlds?
