I'm trying to use MCP and I wanted to put in a fresh server jar so I dragged my .minecraft folder away and downloaded it fresh(1.6.2). It doesn't have a bin, but it has these files: assets, libraries, resourcepacks, saves, stats, versions, launcher.jar, launcher.pack, launcher_profiles, options, output-client/server.
I also ran the server.exe off the website but that contains: world, minecraft_server.exe, server.properties, banned-ips/players, ops, server.log, whitelist
Is there anything I didn't do that would give me a minecraft bin or am I looking in the wrong place?
Edit: I found the jar in versions, but still can't find server folder.
