Installed Optifine and Biomes O Plenty, started a game using these OK. Went back in and deleted test game and closed it down.
Now I get this whenever anything to do with Java:

I have disabled Avira, uninstalled and reinstalled Java 7 25, verified by Java website.
I guess I am going to have to reinstall MC but the problem seems to be with Java?
