My Minecraft keeps crashing ever 5-10 mins. The only mod I have is Optifine 1.6.2.

Bump

Make a new 1.6.2 version and reinstall. That's all I can suggest with the info given.

I have reinstalled but yet no hope!

you have to add more ram space to your minecraft,when you open up minecrat launcher it will say edit profile click it and go to the bottom and allow java argument (or something like that) and then change it to more megabites or gigabites
