i was having no issues before i upgraded to 1.6.2, but now minecraft is very choppy.
i'll go from 60-70 FPS down to 10 or 0

i have vista service pack 2 installed
AMD phenom 9150e Quad-Core Processor 1.8GHz
RAM 6GB
64 bit operating system
video card is NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX

forge version is up-to-date 9.10.0.845

and i have 13 mods installed
rei minimap, universal electricity apt
backpack mod, basic components
craft guide, universal electricity core
bilbocraft, chisel
buildcraft, industrial craft
mcdoodlecore, galacticraft

any help would be appreciated
