So yeah hey guys this problem started when I deleted my .minecraft folder (just to make a clear installation of forge) then I tried to open the minecraft launcher and i get that

So how to fix it? Oh by the way it is not java error, Because some other online games i can't play, i am sure it is security error, however when i come and check my firewall, it says i have to use recommend settings and when i did i got that error too

However it seems like it is down or something, and my anti-virus, i turned off real-time protection which means it is not working right now (it is not avg) i searched all over the internet for 1 day right now and haven't find the solution! so please guys i really need your help.Oh and by the way sorry about the quotes i placed it in wrong way anyway please someone give the solution
