Hey, I recently modded my minecraft client. I was running fine until this morning. Now the launcher won't even load.
The error logs looked like this:

Also, If I click on the .minecraft folder in Roaming it says "C:\Users\Kids\Appdata\Roaming\.minecraft is accessible. The file or Directory is corrupted and unreadable.

If I try to drag it to the trash to reinstall minecraft completely it says: "An unexpected error is preventing the
operation. Make a note of this error code, which might be useful if you get additional help to resolve this problem: Error 0x80070091: The directory is not empty. .minecraft Date Created: 5/4/2013 7:58 PM.

Would love it if someone could help me out on this. (Note: Minecraft 1.5.2 does not launch either.)

I figured this out, heres what i did.

First i downloaded the old launcher and installed the files. Which worked i guess, but it didn't fix the new launcher.

Then I reinstalled java a couple times, made sure it was 64bit, didn't fix it.

Then i checked to make sure my time was synced, go to your clock and change date and time, click internet time and make sure its synced. My windows server was having problems so i clicked the next one down the list and it synced. This helped but didn't fix it.

The last thing i did was go to the website it was trying to download the file from:

https://s3.amazonaws...ncher.pack.lzma

It will download the file to your browser, place it in your .Minecraft folder and it should work, or atleast it did for me.
