I didn't know how to install it manually either. Just download the automated installer and use that, it's impossible to screw up something like that. Also, please shorten your name...
EDIT: If it's for 1.6.2, then you'll have to do something a little more complicated.
Go to .minecraft/versions/1.6.2
Copy all of the contents
Make a new folder, call it anything you want and for this I'll just use "1.6.2-SPC" as an example
Rename the JAR file and the .json file to 1.6.2-SPC
Open the .json file with Notepad, where it says "1.6.2" replace it with "1.6.2-SPC"
Copy "1.6.2-SPC.jar", go back to the .minecraft folder and click on the "bin" folder
Place the JAR in the bin folder, rename it to "minecraft.jar" (if there's already one there that you want to keep, rename that one to something else)
Run the automated installer, and when it's done copy the new "minecraft.jar" file and place it back into "1.6.2-SPC"
Rename it to "1.6.2-SPC"
Go into the launcher, make a new profile or edit a current one, then in the version selection choose "release 1.6.2-SPC"
It should hopefully work.
SECOND EDIT: Those instructions are obsolete, but they still work for 1.5 downwards, so use that version instead.

I haven't installed spc since the 1.2.5. The first thing that I have to ask is why you are still using the mod. Yes, I do understand that there are more commands, and different commands than in vanilla, but you don't really need them all. But, what you want to do is non of my business. I recommend watching youtube videos on it (Make sure that the video is for your particular version of minecraft (1.6.2) and make sure that you have the same exact mod as he does).
