Ok is been quite a while since optifine doesnt work after HD_b4

does anyone know why?

Something to do with the new launcher obviously. Since Mojang has a new feature of which it tricks Intel drivers to use the gaming GPU it might be invoking a method of which Optifine doesn't recognize.
