Need to Delete and Redownload Minecraft!

I tried to install SparrowAPI and DoggyTalents to my vanilla and FTB client. But something has gone wrong. A question mark shows up on the Minecraft icon, and it won't open. I heard on another thread that you should redownload Minecraft to fix the issue, but my Mac is filling up (OSX version 10.6.8, I think Snow Leopard??) and I need to delete all of the files relating to Minecraft and FTB because there is not room for two copies. If you can help me, please reply.

I believe you can go into the files under appdata and delete .minecraft. Along with the launcher. Although I don't know about FTB.

How do you find appdata?
