I've been looking everywhere to try to find a way to make a server that can run Pixelmon 2.3.1 for Minecraft 1.6.2 so I can have a fun place to have people explore and play. It seems impossible for me to make a modded server, I just don't understand what is wrong! Can someone please assist me in anyway possible? It would be much appreciated.
Assuming that you already set up a server, follow these steps:
1. Download the recommended Forge installer for 1.6.2.
2. Download Pixelmon.
3. Run the Forge installer and install it to your server folder.
4. Extract the Pixelmon zip file you downloaded.
5. Copy the folders you just extracted into the server folder.
6. Run minecraftforge-universal-1.6.2-<VERSION>.jar
