For some reason my Minecraft has no sound when I boot it up. A friend told me to hold F3 and tap "S" and that works, but I have to do it every time. I'm running MC 1.6.2 with the latest versions of Modloader, OptiFine Standard, Rei's Minimap and TooManyItems on Windows 7 64-bit.

Anybody?

ive left the game on went back to play and no sound restarted the game and there was sound. check to see if you can update your mods optifine updates weekly almost im running all the same mods. if worst thing happens just make a copy of your save file mods file and resource packs. put em in a file DELETE .minecraft reinstall the game and the mods and add your old save file and resource pack good luck

Thanks, man. I suppose I'll have to try that. It's wierd, though, because mine NEVER has sound until I hit F3+S.
