Have you tried re-downloading minecraft? Before you do though, make sure to copy all your saves to the new minecraft saves folder before you replace the newly downloaded minecraft with your current one.

Yes i have downloaded Minecraft. Nothing changed :\
It's just crashing; this happens to me too. Maybe you are preforming too many things at once? Try deleting unwanted folders from your PC, to clear out RAM.

That isn't how RAM works, deleting folders will clear up hard drive space but not RAM, to clear up more RAm just have less programs running and close out of some stuff.

The problem with the truth, is that it never lies.

Yeah, only around 20% of my RAM is being used, when it freezes around 30% (I have task manager open when it happends) I have 12 gigs of RAM so i don't think RAM is the problem. btw thx for the replies guys!
No, from the graphics card manufacturer. (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) Download the latest driver for your card. Otherwise, is your system 64-bit? Maybe you have 32 bit Java installed...
Also try turning your render distance down, and your graphics settings to fast if you haven't already.
