Red lines into sky?

I was fixing a path in creative mode, saw these red lines appear then switched out and that didn't fix the problem so I don't know what's going on.

Mods used: Forge, Mo Creatures, Millenaire, Rei Minimap, Jammy's furniture, Gravestones, Better Breeding, GrowthCraft, MCA, Better Dungeons, ExtrabiomesXL, Biomes O Plenty, Atum. Ars Magica, NEI, Fossil Archaeology, Magical Crops, Chococraft, Damage Inidcators, Crayfish's furniture

It is one of the mods. I think it would be some sort of chunk marking feature, it may be NEI. Remove it temporarily and see if it resolves it. If it does, just reset NEI's configs.
