I've literally been scouring the internet for a few hours now trying to find a way to roll back Minecraft to version 1.4.6 beta, but I've come up empty and am extremely tired so I have come to this community for some help!
Currently my friends and I have not played Minecraft in a long time due to the fact that Red Power 2 has not updated in a while. None of us are upset at Eloraam's speed at working as we know that she is only one person working on a huge side project, but we still are aching to play as we love to make frame motor vehicles!
Yet the latest version only works with the 1.4.6 beta version of Minecraft, so I was trying to see if someone could point me in the direction that allows me to roll back Minecraft to that version! And if anyone knows if installing Red Power 2 on that rollback requires extra steps, help on that too would be GREATLY appreciated

There was no 1.4.6 beta, that was the full release. Luckily you can get old versions of Minecraft using the new launcher, unfortunately installing mods is way different than it was before.

There was no 1.4.6 beta, that was the full release. Luckily you can get old versions of Minecraft using the new launcher, unfortunately installing mods is way different than it was before.
I see if I can figure out the Minecraft roll back. How different is the modding?
