when ever i open the minecraft launcher it looks like this.

and when ever i try to make a new profile this happens

will someone please help me !!!

Your resources folder is missing and the minecraft launcher wants you to download it,

For whatever somewhat reason, your minecraft won't download it for you

Go to %AppData% and look for your "resources" folder

If it's not there, download one from the internet

("Resources", not "Resource Packs")
