I've been trying to install single player commands for at least 2 days now and I can't seem to get it to work. Every time I install it, manually or automated, I start a new single player world, and it just crashes.
I have been using WinRAR for years. One day I had to re-install it, so I tried a different website. I don't know if this is a factor of it crashing or not.
Single player commands:
I tried installing it both manually and automated, both had the same error.
Manual Installation:
Someone told me I had to install modloader and SPC. Both putting the files in the minecraft.jar, erasing META INF. I also tried it without modloader, the game started, up, but it was the same exact error.
This is where I found it a little funky due to the different WinRAR. When I downloaded the automated SPC.jar, it showed up as the WinRAR symbol,: http://www.geniushow...eaf-d523xqo.png
When i double-clicked the .jar (WinRAR symbol) it would open up like a normal folder (WinRAR folder), so I would have to right-click on it, hover over "Open With" and choose "Java™ Platform SE binary" From there it would open the single player commands.jar like it was supposed to. Along time ago, I didn't have to do this step, it would show up as the java symbol and I would just double-click it. In fact, the WinRAR symbol shows up whenever there is a .jar in sight.

If you could tell already, all 3 of these errors occurred when I started up a new single player world. Not when I started up the game.
Thank you for reading this, and I hope you can find a solution. I hope it wasn't a stupid mistake, that would suck, because if that was the case, I wrote this for nothing.
The fact your using a modloader not downloaded from here could be part of the issue, other sites do tend to lie about the mods version to gain downloads and adfly money, adfly money which should be going to the mod dev.
I put the Single Player Commands in the MODS folder and started up Minecraft, but it crashes before I can even get to the menu screen, I don't know what's up.
