Okay so I'm in a bit of a pickle all my friends want to start a server and seeing as how I was probably the most qualified out of all of them I gladly took lead and although I already got a place in which to host it from (that place being mcprohosting.com) I'm still stumbling in one area. You see there are about ten of us that are going to be in the server and I was planning on getting mcprohosting's grass plan which is 1024MB of Ram which they say can accommodate up to 23 players without lag, but that's vanilla and I am planning on running a bukkit server so my first problem is knowing how many mods I can have on my server of ten people without having any lag and my second problem is knowing which mods I will need and how to have certain mods like worldedit while restricting its use for other players on the server and the ability to have admins and mods and so on and so forth. please if anyone out there can shed some light on my situation I would greatly appreciate it.
Major help needed with first time server hosting.
