Hello! I'm pretty much a newb when it comes to installing mods and google isn't turning up anything.
For 1.6.2, how do you install Rei's Minimap and Optifine? I've put them once in the minecraft jar, and then for the 1.6.2 jar, but they don't show up in game and when I reopened them the files disappeared.
I've also never used Forge/Magic Launcher, so I would prefer help based on installing just those two mods.
