Okay, I'm not even going to bother looking for another thread about this, because I personally don't even know how to call this problem. If it has been answered before, please direct me to that thread before locking.
Now, for the problem:
I recently decided to switch my mods around, and took extremebiomesXL out for Biomes'O'plenty. I'm a veteran modder, I know how to install mods and changing their configs, but this just boggles my mind. [I will list all my mods afterwards, i have 64]
Every time I load a new world, I'm faced with these rather annoying changes: Dirt seemed to be switched for soulsand, logs turned into netterack, leaves into lava. And I can't decide if my chests are netterack as well, or glowstone. I've only seen the foresty biomes, and haven't snooped around to see what else changed. and I have not changed the biome'so'plenty's configs, only twilightforest IDs and other mods for compatibility issues. This is minecraft 1.5.2

I don't know why this is happening.
Edit: I kept trying to find out by myself, and eventually got the solution. I deleted my configs folder, and the IDs fixed themselves, however, it also means that I bombed all my configurations, I would personally wish to have found a solution without having to do so, if anyone wants to give it a go, be my guest.
