In my vanilla worlds or when I go to a server, I have no Frames. So I installed Optifine. Minimum of all settings, and I got 1 FPS. Same with FTB. What should I do?
What is your computer's videocard and processor, how much memory does it have?
It may be just because your computer can't run minecraft. You should try to update JAVA, maybe even update your video card's driver.
