First off, I'll just start off by saying I'm not the one that plays Minecraft - my brother does. However, he doesn't know how to install mods so whenever he wants them, I'm the one that has to install them and honestly, I don't really know what in the world I'm doing. So, anyway, I went ahead and decided to use version 1.5.2 of Minecraft and I installed the universial version of forge for it. Then, I went ahead and installed the Dimensional Door mod for 1.5.2 and after that, I installed Mystcraft. You know how after you install forge, in the lower left-hand corner of the screen where it says which version of Minecraft you're running, it'll also say which version of forge and everything you have and it'll list how many mods and everything you have installed? Well, that doesn't come up for me. The only thing that's there is "Minecraft 1.5.2" and none of the mods are working. My brother said the two mods were compatible together but I don't know if they are or not. Can I run both mods or can it only be one or the other? If I'm able to use both, I'd be VERY grateful if somebody could walk me through a step-by-step process of how to install forge followed by the two mods so they're compatible. Like I said, I don't really know what I'm doing. Also, yes, I deleted the original META-INF folder that's inside Minecraft but as you all probably know, forge has its own META-INF folder. So that's in there.. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. But yeah, help please?
