Red Outlines/Shadows In World

I was able to play Minecraft fine , joining servers and playing single-player,until recently when red outlines appeared in my world (Including my single-player world and worlds in servers). I honestly have no idea what to do, but I hope my screenshot helps you to understand what my problem is.

I forgot to mention that the only mod I am using is Optifine.
