Hi! First time poster, but ive been lurking this forum forever for help but ive finally come across a reason of my own to post - Im not sure if this is the right board

What Im using -

Modloader
Minecraft 1.5.2

Mods -
Optifine
TooManyItems
X-ray
(all are up to date)

Ever since I force updated to 1.5.2 and got the corresponding mod updates, minecraft will load and I will get to the in-game playing screen.

However, several seconds after loading the world, this error keeps popping up:
