I started playing feed the beast 1 week ago and everything was fine but when I tried logging on today I got an error saying that im out of memory when have 40 gigs free? or is it something in game I can change? also im running the texture pack sortex fanver. im kinda a noob so please help. thank you

This is reffering to ram and not memory. ram is memory used to run applications. If you have any unessary applications running quit them if you are on windows open task manager and go to the prosses tab and quit any prosses that are unnessary.On mac not quite sur but if on mac press alt+command+esc to open a force quit and quit unnessary applications. Sorry if there are any typos.
