Help on my Minecraft, while i was playing in my server, i keep get this kind of buggy thing. And its keep show up and somehow it quite irritating.
Mostly this happen after i change a map on the server.

Any suggestion on how to solve this ? o..o

1st. Do you have any hacked clients for cave finder? E.G:Nodus.

2nd. It might be your texture pack or it's just a bug.
