Recently i have been experiencing some weird kind of lag in sp minecraft.
Randomly mobs stop moving, everything i do wont happen, and time stops, also when i try to break blocks they don't give me the block, and i can stare at minecraft for hours and nothing will load, when i try to save and quit, the forge shutting down internal server screen appears and wont go away even after hours and mc needs to be force quit by the task manager.
Im able to run mc at 100 fps with render distance far and run a couple of process in the background, so i don't think its a memory thing, i have only experienced this kind of lag online, but never in sp, even in offline mode.
I have like 40 mods installed, all with working together, none seems to be the cause of this problem, i have tried re installing and it keeps happening.
It wouldn't be so annoying if i didnt had to stare at the mc loading screen for like 5 mins every time this happens.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Try when minecraft is up open up task manager, go to processes then find javaw.exe right click on it, click set priority and click high.
This will usually speed up minecraft

The weird thing is that minecraft is generally stable, except at the nether.
If i try to set it to a higher priority, it lags for some reason, and the sensitivity goes high like crazy.
The only other thing I can think of would be one of you mods is causing the lag, I suggest looking at the forums for some of your mods and seeing if any of them cause some lag or have a bug that freezes the game.
