I can't delete META-INF to install mods I made sure minecraft was closed before i deleted it but it still says it's open in Java(TM) Platform SE binary which I don't know what that is so please help.
Well, Restart your computer and this will close all program then when you get back on, then try to delete it. And also this would go better in the "Modded Client Support" section. But you are very new by the looks of it, So you may have not known
