I downloaded the Von Doomcraft texture pack for my minecraft. About 2 or 3 months later I decided to update minecraft. When I logged in, it had a UI that looked exactly like my pictures. I tried deleting the texture pack from my folders to fix the bug but that didn't work. Now I can't get rid of the texture pack, I've tried deleting everything with minecraft in it's name from my computer and reinstalling, but it still does this. Is there any way I can turn off the texture pack from outside of the game? Thanks for the help!
You need to upgrade to latest version, and go to the options.txt file in the .minecraft folder, and then delete the texturepack line from it, it will regenerate and fix itself when you launch, and will revert to default texture pack

windoge 8 has the saddest excuse for a BSOD, it just tells you the type of error, no stop code, no nothing, just "something went wrong, all your unsaved work has now been lost to the void that is volatile memory"
I tried that, didn't work I tried completely deleting everything from my computer and just running it on the browser. Still has the same problem without any files at all on my computer. I'm so confused.
Eg: Ozo's 1.4.7 texture pack for Minecraft 1.4.7
