Millienaire and NEI not working properly

I downloaded NEI 1.5.2.28, and Millienaire 5.1.1, and when i put Millienaire in, the NEI screen looks like this:

Can somebody help me fix this?

when your at that screen, click options, and click on the button that says cheat mode until it changes to recipe mode.

It still has the same problems. Bugged images. The item's image wont show up.
